PAYE late payment penalties

A new penalty regime was bought in by the Revenue in May 2010 to cover businesses that pay their PAYE late. Previously as long as you made a payment every month by the 19th and then paid over the full amount for the tax year by 19th April you would receive no penalty from the Revenue. However, this has now changed!
