Xero Tip – Saving time when bulk invoicing

Did you know that if you set up a group of contacts you can raise the same invoice to everyone in the group?


Under Contacts select the contacts you wish to add to the group and then click on Add to Group, you can then either Add to an existing group or Add to new group.

Once you have set your group up you can do an invoice on mass by going into the Sales area and from the drop down list under +New select the group that you wish to invoice.

This could be useful where you issue an annual subscription or a quarterly charge to certain set of customers. You may wish to name the group to reflect this e.g. Annual members, Online training subscribers etc.
