My last accountant got me into a real mess with HMRC.  I was getting fines practically by the month, and spent more time worrying and trying to call baliffs etc, than I did concentrating on my job. Bainbridge Lewis were recommended to me and they did exactly as they said they would. 

Carol always kept HMRC always in the loop, so the fines stopped coming, money I had paid got allocated to the right year, everything sorted.
